Joins to button are made by pulling loop of thread through button
hole with crochet hook, front to back, put shuttle through the loop,
Pull taught, upwards, so that the rings “sit” on the edge of the
button. All rings are closed and no space is left between
rings or joins to button.
Wind 3 yard on shuttle. Cut from ball. Leave about 5 inch tail
before starting the first ring.

Cut about 5 inches and secure this to the back of the button near the
button holes, using crochet hook or tapestry needle. Secure
the starting end that you left in the same manner. Now tie and
but leaving about 1/8 inch. Place small amount of glue to back
of button and threads, secure and attach. Leave to
dry thoroughly for 24 hours before wearing.
